We cover locations including:
Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards, Wainfleet, Burgh le Marsh and nearby areas.
Note: Additional areas may be available upon request.
4 Payment
Our pricing includes all equipment, professional cleaning products, and travel within the service area.
Accepted Methods:
Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payment is typically required upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
5 Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are managed through our professional scheduling system to ensure efficient service delivery.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions.

6 Access & Security
Customers must provide safe access to the property when required.
Keys, codes, or instructions may be necessary for holiday lets, rental properties, or commercial locations.

7 Insurance & Liability
We carry professional public liability insurance to protect our clients and team members.
Our company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or general wear and tear.
Important: Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them promptly.

Customers should inform us of any specific hazards, allergies, or safety considerations at the property.

48+ hours: No charge
24–48 hours: 50% charge
Less than 24 hours: 75% charge
Same day: 100% charge
Holiday Let & Commercial
72+ hours: No charge
48–72 hours: 50% charge
24–48 hours: 75% charge
Less than 24 hours / Same day: 100% charge
Exceptions: Genuine emergencies may be considered at management discretion.
Weather: Severe weather reschedules will not incur penalties.
14 Data Protection
We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Customer information is stored securely and used only for providing cleaning services and communication.
Clients may request access, updates, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
15 Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Any claims must be reported within 30 days of the service date.
